Where to buy Romanian Football Shirts in Romania: Bucharest and Online
Physical locations and links to online stores
Below is a list of places where you can buy football shirts of local Romanian teams. I’ll do my best to keep this guide updated for fans and visitors exploring Bucharest or Romania.
If you know of any additional locations or updates, feel free to leave a comment, and I’ll make sure to include them. Enjoy your visit and happy shirt hunting!
Romania Store
The official merchandise store of Romania National Team has three locations and an online web shop.
- The one situated inside Mega Mall store is the most convenient option for visitors to Bucharest.
Location: Bulevardul Pierre de Coubertin 3–5, București 021901, Romania

- The second official store is located at the entrance of the national team training camp in Mogoșoaia. It’s about a 40-minute car ride from downtown Bucharest. However, due to the distance, it’s not the most convenient option for visitors. I wouldn’t recommend making the trip unless you’re already in the area. For most fans, the Mega Mall location or the online webshop are much better choices.
Location: Șoseaua București — Târgoviște km 15, Mogoșoaia 077135, Romania
Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/rJBRT6V25VWzTkHQ9 - Third location is inside the Otopeni Airport at Departures. Although there is a slim chance to find any match shirts as it is not restocked regularly.
- Fourth location is a mobile shop that is around the stadium when the national team is playing in Bucharest. Sometimes you might find match day shirts.
- Online store: https://magazin.frf.ro/
These locations might have shirts with player names on the back. Rarely, but there is chance to find one. At the Mega Mall or Mogoșoaia stores, you can ask at the counter about name printing. Availability depends on the situation—sometimes it's possible, sometimes it's not.
On the online store you can personalize it with player and number yourself after you add a shirt to your cart. It takes longer time to ship.
The Museum of Football
Situated in downtown Bucharest, it’s one of the easiest locations to visit for football fans exploring the city. The Museum of Football features a small shop offering local team shirts and replica jerseys. Although you wont find any Romania National Team merchandise due to licensing.
The Museum of Football is an independent group/society and not related with Romanian Football Federation. You will not find anything “official” and is a collection of shirts and other memorabilia from collectors around the country.
- Location: Strada Gabroveni 24, București 030086, Romania

Rapid Bucharest Store
Located at the club stadium. Sells match shirts.
- Location: Rapid Stadium, Calea Giulești 18, București 060276, Romania

FCSB, Dinamo Bucharest
Both teams have an online shop selling match shirts but at the time I am writing this article (January 2025) none of them have a physical shop location anymore. They used to.
- FCSB online store: https://shop.fcsb.ro/
- Dinamo Bucharest online store: https://shop.dinamo1948.ro/
Edit February 2025:
FCSB products, such as match shirts, no printing, are being sold at AFI Cotroceni mall at Sport Vision:

Thrift stores
Thrifting is one of the most popular activities in Romania — whether it’s an obsession or a hobby is hard to say. It became a big trend in the late ’90s, turning into a thriving industry. Most thrift stores sold second-hand clothes from Germany, Denmark, and the UK. Some even specialized in football shirts, making it easy to find whatever jersey you wanted up until 2018.
These days, however, it’s much harder. Scalpers dominate the scene, especially in Bucharest, where many see it as a way to make extra income. They know exactly when stores restock and are always first in line, leaving little for others. Many thrift stores in Bucharest have also rebranded as vintage shops, hiking up their prices in recent years.
Nevertheless here are some indicators:
- Monda second hand shop
- Obor area, from Victoriei metro station walk towards Obor area by foot on Stefan Cel Mare street. There are around 10 second hand shops on both sides.
- Iuliu Maniu boulevard, between Lujerului metro station and Pacii metro station. There are around 5 second hand shops on both sides.
